I'd suggest you go here http://codamon.com/2009/05/street-fighter-4-pc-system-requirements/ and see the system requirements. I have a really good pc and it can't even withstand it.

I bet you the government is the only people with a computer fast enough for this game.

Yeah I agree. There was a site where your computer could take a test to see if it had the requirements, and already 3 of my friend's computers failed...
